I went to DJ Autos for the first time today, and although it was a short visit, overall it was a great experience. The staff were lovely - they were welcoming and accommodating. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to show me parts/areas of the car that they had assessed, and offered explanations and reassurance. I had a minor service and diagnostics done and I had the car back within a few hours, which I was really pleased about. Will definitely use again in future.
Today was the 2nd time ive used DJ Autos. Wildtrak was in for a wee job to fix the windscreen washers.
I got a phone call just after 9am to say the work on the truck was done and ready to be picked up.
Im super impressed with the speed they sorted this out.
Picked up the truck just after 2pm and was super impressed with the bill. I felt as if I should have been paying more but certainly didnt complain, I did query it though.
Excellent and friendly atmosphere from all the staff at DJ Autos and the work they've done for us and the aftercare has been brilliant.
